Reboot clipping is the ability to L-clip more easily through a variety of surfaces after a console reboot.

The memory address responsible for this behaviour is 802DC940, a float value that denotes "cruise bubble halt state". If the value is closer to zero, it is easier to L-clip. Not much else is currently known about this behaviour.
